The Brain Gym® Teacher's Edition is a fantastic resource. It provides 26 intentional movements to support the physical skills of learning as well as tools for emotional regulation.
It is a stand alone product for the readers among us. It is the accompanying text in Brain Gym® the 26 Movements course (BG104) and also supports the Brain Gym® for Daily Living (BG101) course manual. Many appreciate this book for its layout. After the theoretical background, there are 2 page spreads for each of the 26 movements. And then it ends with some recipes for specific skills like test taking, coordination, writing, seeing, listening, focus and more!
